HOODLUM MINIS (2-5)

Saturday’s with our minis are a fantastic activity for the whole family!

ADULT NO GI

Our No-Gi program is designed for students to train alternatively without the kimono.

HOODLUMS (AGES 6-11)

Hood Rich Jiu Jitsu offers a structured environment for children to learn and have fun.

ADULT GI

Our Gi program caters to both the beginner student, as well as the advanced.

ATTENTION PARENTS 📢☀️🕶️🌴 Hood Rich JJ will be hosting summer camps this year! Please text or email us if you’re interested in reserving a spot! DATES: 📅 •July 7-11 (beginner grappler/cross-training) •July 14-18 (competitive teens) •August 11-15 (beginner grappler/cross-training) •August 18-22 (competitive teens) Cost: $130 (Hood Rich Student)-$170 (others) Time⏰: 9AM-12PM Ages: 11+ Quick Details: •Beginner grappler/cross-training camp: An opportunity to learn the fundamentals of grappling and get an introduction to BJJ. A perfect cross-training opportunity for athletes who compete in other sports (rugby, lacrosse, hockey, etc). •Competitive teens: Introducing strategies from standup to groundwork incorporating lots of drilling and short sparring opportunities to perfect each stage of the match. Learn different ‘high performance’ habits including the power of visualization and using tools like journaling to elevate mental performance. •Both Camps: Daily (minimal equipment) Strength and Conditioning circuits focusing on physical and movement literacy. BONUS! Sports science topics covered throughout the week include: -Sports Nutrition for adolescent athletes -Science-backed recovery strategies so you don’t miss out on training!
